Emily Ruwe

Emily joined The Law Office of Erin M. Wilson, LLC as a Law Clerk in February 2020. After being admitted to the Illinois State Bar in November 2022, Emily became an Associate Attorney. Emily received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Miami University in Ohio. She subsequently received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in May of 2022 with a certificate in Child and Family Law.

While attending DePaul University College of Law, Emily was an active member of the Student Bar Association, serving on the executive board as the Director of Communications for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school year. Since receiving her Juris Doctor, Emily has become more involved in the Woman’s Bar Association and is a member of the Domestic Relations Committee and is a founding member of the Associate Lady Lawyers networking group. During her spare time, Emily also volunteers with PAWS Chicago.
