Bailey Street joined The Law Office of Erin M. Wilson, LLC as an associate attorney in February 2026. After being admitted to the Illinois State Bar in November 2024, Bailey worked at a different family law firm, gaining experience in divorce and parentage matters.

A graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Bailey discovered her passion for family law during her 1L summer clerkship. Throughout law school, Bailey concentrated on employment and educational opportunities that offered hands-on family law experience. Notably, she served as a 711-licensed student clinician in Loyola’s Civitas ChildLaw Clinic, where she gained invaluable courtroom experience.

Coming from a blended family herself, Bailey brings a personal understanding of the sensitivities inherent in family law matters. This perspective deepens her commitment to advocating for clients navigating complex issues with an empathetic, collaborative approach.
