Litigation Managing Partner

Deborah D. Lollis has been exclusively practicing family law since 2005.  Deb began her legal career as an associate attorney for a prestigious family law attorney for 12 years.  During this time, she worked with clients on complex financial and custody cases.  In 2017, she opened her own solo family law practice where she was able to guide her clients through every aspect of their case.  Deb has also earned certificates in mediation and collaborative divorce, providing clients with a variety of options to resolve their family law matters. 

Deb received her Juris Doctorate degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law where she also participated in the Family Law Clinic assisting lower income clients on a sliding scale basis.  She received her undergraduate degree from Augustana College where she graduated cum laude.

Deb has been involved in the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.  She was the Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Domestic Relations Committee in 2017 and the Chair of the Young Lawyers Family Law Committee in earlier years.  In 2018, she was named a Chicago Daily Law Bulletin Rising Star.

Deb advises clients on complex financial matters, child custody/allocation of parental responsibilities, child support and post-judgment modification issues, as well as prenuptial agreements.  Deb understands that no two families are the same.  She works with clients to find a solution that works for their families.  Deb strives to help clients achieve their goals during this difficult time in their lives.

In her free time, Deb enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and gardening.  She lives in the western suburbs with her husband and young daughter.
