Andrea M. Harvey is a seasoned attorney and trusted advisor with over a decade of legal experience, now serving as Partner at The Law Office of Erin M. Wilson LLC where she focuses exclusively on family law. A fierce advocate for her clients, Andrea brings clarity and compassion to complex issues involving divorce, parental allocation, decision-making authority, child support, and prenuptial agreements.

Before joining the firm, Andrea held leadership roles in both private practice and corporate law. As a Senior Leasing Manager at Walmart Corporate, she was responsible for strategic development and managing a complex real estate portfolio in Walmart in store tenant locations in the North and Midwest regions. Her work included launching several first-of-their-kind initiatives, including a Pet Services location, a Girl Scouts Dream Lab, and an in-store walk-in mammography center—projects that reflect her creativity, business acumen, and ability to lead with vision.

Andrea previously owned and managed Harvey Law Office, a successful boutique firm focused on family, real estate, and employment law. During that time, she also launched Harvey Law Speaks, a globally heard podcast and video series that demystified legal concepts for everyday people and became a go-to source for practical insight on divorce and parentage matters. Andrea is known for her down to earth and relatable approach to complex legal concepts. Andrea was frequently featured as a legal commentator on television and radio, including appearances on TMZ to discuss celebrity family law matters.

Andrea is an accomplished speaker who has inspired audiences across the country, including as the Rasmussen College Commencement Speaker, guest of 106.3 Radio, and featured panelist for Kennedy-King College’s “Careers and the Law” series. She was honored as “Woman of Many Hats” by the National Council of Negro Women for excellence in business, and she is widely recognized for her unique skills in business development and marketing within the legal field.

Andrea currently serves on the boards of the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia and the Arkansas Alumni Association. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. Andrea is a member of the Chicago Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and has been an active member for over twenty years. She is extremely philanthropic and has served on the board at a Charter School as well as Polished Pebbles Girls Mentoring Program.

A proud two-time author, Andrea is passionate about helping others pursue their dreams and live their best lives—both in and out of the courtroom. A Georgia girl born and raised she lives in Chicago with her husband and their two dogs. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys gardening, traveling, and immersing herself in culture.
